For standard orders, products are generally delivered to customers within India within 3 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch of the order. This timeline may vary based on the order location and other factors.

Delivery Schedule

• Orders are delivered between 8 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Saturday.
• Deliveries are made by reputed courier services. You will receive a tracking number and notification once your order is dispatched.
• If you are unable to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative person (family member, colleague, neighbor, etc.) to sign on your behalf.
• ikashy takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

Shipping Charges

• Currently, we do not charge any shipping fees for deliveries within India as an introductory offer.
• Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations. These charges, if applicable, will be clearly communicated at the time of checkout.

Important Information

• Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines and do not account for delays due to payment authorization.
• Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide and commence from the date of dispatch.
• ikashy is not responsible for delays caused by public holidays, natural calamities, or other unavoidable circumstances.
• We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
• ikashy is not responsible for any damage after delivery. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
