Refund and Return Policy

At ikashy, we aim to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. Due to the nature of our products, which include active natural extracts and ingredients, we are unable to accept returns once the products have been opened or used. These items cannot be reused or resold once delivered.

Please note:

  • Damages resulting from neglect, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered under this policy.
  • Sensitivities to specific products or ingredients are not covered. We recommend conducting a patch test as advised in the product description.

Refund Policy

  • Responsibility: ikashy is not responsible for any damage after the delivery of the products.
  • Claims: To claim a refund for missing items, leakage, breakage, damage, or incorrect products, an unboxing video with the original packaging is mandatory. Please contact our customer care team at reachout@ikashy.com with the necessary images and videos, using the subject line “Refund For [Your Order ID]”.
  • Tampered Packages: If a package is tampered with, damaged, or defective, kindly refuse to accept it from the delivery partner and report it immediately to our customer care team.
  • Non-Receipt of Order: If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, contact customer care within 3 days of the marked delivery date. No refunds will be processed after this period.
  • Delivery Charges: The refund amount does not include delivery charges as they are non-refundable.
  • COD Refunds: Cash on delivery (COD) refunds will be initiated to the bank account provided by the customer within 4-7 working days.
  • Refund Request Period: Refund claims should be made within 24 hours of order delivery with the necessary details. If accepted, the refund may take up to 15 days to be credited from the day of refund acceptance by ikashy.
  • Refund Confirmation: ikashy will provide all relevant details and transaction IDs once the refund is initiated.

Return Policy

  • Extreme Cases: In cases of damaged product delivery (leakage, broken, or missing items) due to transit, a refund or exchange can be initiated after thorough verification of the policy mentioned.
  • Reporting Damages: Customers should contact our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving a damaged, broken, or leaked product.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled before dispatch from the warehouses. A gateway charge of 3% will be levied for order cancellations.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds for paid orders will be credited to the original payment account within 15 days of cancellation acceptance.
  • After Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. If a prepaid order is returned to the seller, an amount of ₹100 will be deducted along with other charges mentioned.
